Naglreiter bakery was founded by Hans and Emmi Naglreiter in 1989 as a small family business. They started with 16 employees and supplied local shops and hotels.

In the following years, the first stores were established, which spurred further development.
Currently, Naglreiter Bakery has 15 branches in Austria and employs 160 people.

Despite its expansion, the company remains a family business.
In 2007, the company Naglreiter also began operating in Slovakia and founded HM Naglreiter s.r.o.
